Hello Everybody, Is there sometimes on this forum who could helping me to give the Scott cataloge number for this stamp of China swowed here below. I have asked on the Belgian forum but nobody give me an answer. Many thanks on advance. Best regards to all the collectors. Paul

Hello, This stamp is not a chinese stamp but a stamp from North Korea. It is the number 12 in the french catalogue Yvert ( year : 1948). It's a good stamp! Best regards. François.
