I've got this postal card from Uganda and I'm wondering if somebody could confirm it is a stationnery .. or just a postal card (without "Postage Paid") and if it is , any idea about the CV ?

bonjour cousin magritte,
i have searched the scott catalog and cannot find a souvenir sheet like this issued in the year 2000 by uganda. however, it could have been an unlisted and spurilous issue, and perhaps it is listed in michel's. but as for the postal card, scott would not list it in their catalog anyway. only the u.s. specialized list postal cards and only for u.s. possessions. desole mon cher cousin. however, in a similar vein, the u.s. did issue postal stationary with the disney theme. perhaps this thread could be posted on the postcard forum too.
