Used, was posted to Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan, USSR (January 6, 1979).
Good condition, but has bends and light creases on corners and edges.

For EU countries: bank transfer to Germany is the same as charges for domestic bank transfer.
Certainly, 10 US$ addition for transfer from EU to Germany is not required.
