actually recognize this art from my college days, as being the cover to a paperback of Nikos Kazantzakis' Last Temptation of Christ so date this to the late 60s-early 70s. Of pastel on charcoal, we picked this up from the estate of an East Kentucky woman whose art we will also offer beginning next week.

Ap 18 x 14 inside a 24 x 18 matte, with a small 2" paper tear or gouge in upper right quadrant that can easily be repaired. A beautiful work, orginal, signed by initial only.
