1930s-40s, I got this in the Balkans, one of those things that turn up when we buy the old inventory of shops that went out of business when the Communists came to power in 1944-45. Such vanities were discouraged (among the regular people, mind you)

Still with a seal, this is EVA brand, from the German occupation era, 1939-43, marks are in Cyrillic, but nice graphics, 2 1/2" carton
